Andrie Wongso's magazine 'Luar Biasa' is indeed amazing. It can't let you not to finish reading the whole writings. Every single page is designed to motivate its readers.
In its July edition, I found a very interesting article on an Indonesian figure who successfully built a new culture in working for his previous company. He is Agus Martowardojo, the finance minister of Indonesia. He created a behavior formula 'FIVE MUST' applied in Bank Mandiri when he become the general director. Here they are :
- One information a day : in order to reach the progress expected as fast as it can, each employee must share at least one information for every single day.
- Two minutes before scheduled time : a report must be done two minutes before the deadline, everyone must have come two minutes before the meeting begins.
- Three better every month : better, cheaper, faster : every month it must be better, cheaper and faster.
- Four alliances (minimum) a week : it's a must to get a long with, minimum, four relations in a week.
- Five new clients (minimum) a week : it's a must to get , minimum, five new clients in a week.
It may be applicable in the way you work or in the place where you work. At least it can inspire you.
